Company Profile - Alan DanforthVictori Recruiting was created and opened on Jan 1st of 2004. Alan Danforth, the owner and President of Victori has been recruiting for nearly 6 years. The last 4½ years Alan has been a part of The Hunter and Michaels Executive Search team where his major focus was Marketing, Category Management and Sales. Previous to his recruiting career, Alan was in the CPG Industry for 21 years. Alan started out of college (University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ) and went to work for RMI, a fullservice Brokerage Co. located in Elkridge Maryland. After a brief stint there Alan became a part of The Coca Cola Co. Foods Div (known today as The Minute Maid Co.) where he held positions such as Chilled Juice Specialist, District Mgr, Regional Sales Administration Mgr, District Field Rep(trainer), and Broker Manager. After 8+ years with Coca Cola, he left and went onto the Haagen Dazs Division of Pillsbury. During his 11 years with Haagen Dazs, Alan held Distributor Manager positions, National Account Manager as well as Division Manager positions. VICTORI RECRUITING OFFERS:
